Punch Card Membership

Pre-Purchase 10 drop in sessions to any of the 1 hour classes available weekly. Punch Cards expire every 6 months from the date of purchase.

Youth Personal Individualized Plan Membership

These programs work with pre-teen aged clients (11-12 years of age) building health and skill related fitness. Programs incorporate cross-training type of activities to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and stabilization. *Designed to meet individual client goals.*

 

Teen Personalized Individualized Plan Membership

These programs work with teenage clients (13-18 years) building health and skill related fitness. Programs incorporate a variety of type of activities to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and stabilization.

Tutoring Membership

One-on-One Tutoring sessions run in 30 minute blocks. Participants can attend nor more than 2 sessions per day. Content based on each participants needs for individualized tutoring.*Tutoring memberships are purchased as a punch card membership but each class is a 30 minute block. No more than 10 sessions per week and punch cards expire every 6 months from the date of purchase.*

Physical Eductaion Homeschooler Programs

Grades 6-12 will have access to the GRIT 2 days a week for a 1.5 hour blocks.

Grades K-2 and grades 3-5 will participate in activities and games 2 days a week for a 1 hour blocks.

*Social Lessons, Games, Fitness Activities, and Physical Education skills will be taught using the Kidematics curriculum (Elementary Focused ages 5-11) and Grit Project curriculum (Middle/High School Focused ages 12-18years).*
