Our lessons are designed to teach the concepts of Goal Setting, Respect, Integrity, and Training Principles. Through these four categories teens will learn to challenge themselves and work with others to achieve goals. The goal of the intervention is to teach teens life skills and social skills such as establishing short term and long term goals, having self-discipline, and perseverance through a variety of exercise programs. The exercise programming includes a variety of workouts that are both group and individually prescribed. Workouts will utilize metabolic conditioning, strength training, aerobic conditioning and more to help teens achieve daily physical activity levels. The environment also allows teens to participate in the intervention with their peers alongside them to help and support one another daily.
